Similarly awful experience to many other reviews given here. Ordered some paint samples and a stepladder (£80) on 31.03.2020. 2 months later had not received the stepladder so e-mailed customer services and was told they would chase this with the supplier and give me an update.
1 month after this (3 months since the order) I have received no further contact. Tried to e-mail customer services again to request a refund and got an automated reply says the quickest way is to ring them. On hold for over an hour so far.
I understand things must be more difficult given the current situation but other companies do not seem to have such terrible customer service. Please avoid Wickes if you do not want to risk having your time and money wasted.
