Is this a legal business? I ordered 6 bags of compost on 15 of April and I paid £56! with scheduled delivery on 12 of May, Around 19 of May I received a refund of £42.72!!! (Promotions no longer applicable!!)
Could somebody tell me if it is legal to rob £13.28 for nothing?? Of course no answer for many emails!
