Ordered a "Keter Store It Out Max" that arrived on 29th April
While building the unit I found two parts were bent/cracked and broken
I first contacted their customer services on 3rd May to let them know of the issues
They replied on the 11th May stating I needed to call their aftersales team
Every time I've tried calling the aftersales team it's engaged
I have followed up via email on 21st May, 8th June and 15th June (the date of this review), all have been ignored
So I'm currently left with a unit that is not fit for purpose - very disappointed.
