Should have read reviews before ordering from them. Wickes customer service is disgusting, not even worth 1 star.
Received delivery last Friday, 12th June. There was 1 item missing and 1 item damaged. Tried to contact customer well over 30 times by phone. Have also left numerous messages for a 'call back', all of which have gone unanswered.Have also emailed CEO, again no reply.
Missing item turned up 3 days later, but damaged item still not replaced, as I cannot get through to the customer services by any means. Cannot spend any more of my time with this company, so have given up and cut my losses.
So glad I haven't placed my order for kitchen units and equipment, with an estimate of around £5/6000. Their loss.
Use their delivery service and customer services at your peril!!
