Ordered online with delivery date several days ahead. Received an email acknowledgement but it stated 'standard next day delivery' but with note that they are unable to provide a time slot. Seemed OK so I stayed in all day, but no delivery appeared. Customer services phone number is immediately disconnected at the receiver end each and every time i ring and their email address returns a reply to say that Wickes customer services are not accepting new email correspondence. So how are you supposed to contact them! No idea when delivery is now expected if at all. Of course payment was taken immediately. Like a lot of other reviews on this site, not very happy particularly since they are constantly advertising on the radio for online ordering, and wish I had checked for reviews before ordering from them.
