Totally ignotant and arogant staff.
Exeter store.
Pre order could not be found as I was in a guest checkout and basically the delays were my fault.
Staff slow and arogant ignoring what was being said.
No masks being worn.
They frankly dont value our custom and in future I will shop elswere and told them so.
I hope they both are dismissed.
