I was informed the day before due delivery that Wickes didn't have the stock. This despite having taken the money and the order having been placed several weeks previously. This was blamed on a problem at the suppliers factory which Wickes had only just found out about! Seems like Wickes stock control is non-existent.
This has caused problems for a larger building project. I have used Wickes in the past a lot but will now reconsider. order number 597803495).
