I have been an extremely loyal customer since 2007. Purchased thousands of merchandise, almost always not returning items. During the pandemic l haven't shopped for over two years. About 6 weeks ago l finally felt comfortable enough to go out and shop again. Today l was heartbroken because l came back to bring back one dress that l purchased about a week ago without a receipt. I was told that l couldn't bring back anything without a receipt. Goodbye winners l will be shopping elsewhere.
