We visited Winners 3105 Highway 7 Markham this afternoon at about 2pm. My wife asked a chubby lady staff at the door where the washroom is？ She answered no washroom， and said go to Home Depot. So I went. After going to Home Depot ， come back & discovered washroom is located in the farthest left corner of this store. I lost the mood to shop in this store any more. How dare a staff lying to customers! Btw I am handicapped with severe hip arthritis. We are regular customers of this store as we live in Markham. Next time I want to buy anything I will give myself a second thought . I feel Winners don’t welcome us. Why go there ? The tone of the chubby staff very rude too
