The Wise group surveyor attended promptly and gave me a report verbally and electronically .The workman also arrived promptly and carried out the work required within the given timescale .He was neat ,tidy and very courteous .I was very pleased with the work carried out and happy with the guarantee provided .I would have no hesitation in recommending the Wise Group .
