The Wise Surveyor immediately identified the problem which independant builders had missed beforehand.
Their estimate was fair - yes if I went to a lot of effort I might have saved some money by finding contractors myself, but I decided that life is too short for the hassle to hat this invariably brings. The works were completed quickly, efficiently and all do ne within 3 days to a very high standard. I've no complaints at all - a great job.
