Wise Property Care performed work above and beyond their remit. Due to some legacy issues from a previous owner we were left with a major damp problem with water seeping in under the floor at the back door of our property. Wise Property Care, though they had already been to the property and resolved earlier issues elsewhere on the ground floor, returned and inserted an anti flood drain and made the area damp proof. The damp proof specialist (Mark) was very professional and worked very quickly resolve the problem.
