Wise Property Care were able to send a surveyor out promptly following my first contact with the company. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional and communicated his assessment of the problem clearly following up with a very clear report which matched my understanding of the problem and was fairly priced. An early date was fixed when my insurer gave clearance and the work was completed neatly and efficiently in a much shorter time than I expected. I am very pleased and would have no hesitation in recommending Wise Property Care.
