On contacting the Wise Group an appointment was arranged with one of their specialist surveyors. We were given clear, specific advice on the problem in hand and a quotation followed detailing their recommendation.
We accepted the quotation and the work was promptly carried out at a mutually convenient time. Both administration staff and electrical installers were both professional and courteous throughout.
