We initially felt trepidation at using a company, which we had no knowledge of, that I had found by searching on-line for building consultants. This quickly faded when we received the Wise Property Care survey and then the subsequent work to rectify the damp and wet-rot problems in my home. I was impressed by the surveyor who identified the problem areas and explained the way ahead. Although there were further problems encountered the assigned project manager kept us informed and minimised the time-line and disruption to our home. The subsequent remedial building work was carried out by a very able and competent technician. The finishing plasterwork appears to be to a high standard. All that remains is the decoration effort to return our home to previous standards. We would have no hesitation in recommending Wise Property Care Ltd to family or friends.
