You quoted me for all the work then decided when doing it that one wall was not required but still billed me for full amount. I have queried this and told it will be deducted from my bill and that didn't happen.
The work was done at start of January and one of the walls plaster is still wet. I advised your company of this and was told I would be contacted straight away....I am still waiting for this contact to fix the problem.
