Hugely impressed with the quality of the job and the professionalism of the staff. My only complaint is over the confusing way that jobs are costed. Initially I was assured that the survey fee would be knocked off the final total for the job but it was not at all clear that this had been done because of the way the estimates are presented. In particular, the VAT added to the price of the survey does not appear to have been taken off. When I raised this, I was told that it was factored into the cost of the job, although no-one was able to provide me with a breakdown of the calculations to show this was indeed the case.
