I don't understand this company. They give you a price over the phone without ever coming to see your house. The initial cleaning price is an hourly price based on the amount of hours it takes (which is a minimum of 2) and then the following price is fixed based on number of rooms and floors. Hard to imagine you can get a good sense of things without seeing the house first but what do I know?
