Don't let their high rates fool you that they do a great job. The two young energetic looking people they sent were anything but. Hired for a top to bottom home cleaning and when I went in after 1.5 hours both were texting on their phones and both were still doing the same room as when they started! I was like really ? When I asked what they had been doing all this time they gave me attitude. I didn't want to seem like now I was trying to skate on the rate so gave them another chance to clean for the remaining 1.5 hours. I asked them to tackle the vacuuming and dusting and they were like don't tell us how to do our job. Excuse me but I am paying you and then we got into it. I should have called the office right then and there but I was so taken aback by them I felt intimidated! When I did call the office after they left I got yessed to death and not a call back to ever address my issues. Look for independent cleaners in your area you don't know who you are going to get through these people.
