I used the Scarborough branch to which dealing with the office at times was a challenge (language barrier) plus they were late from the set time of the appointment .What should have taken 2 hrs took 2 5 hrs . Upon arrival they had left my door open and I noticed that things that had been moved were not put back in place . My bathroom sink was not properly cleaned .My kitchen sink wasn't cleaned My kitchen counter I'm not sure . Stuff was moved but again no care in the world as to how it was put back . My cleaning team was 2 very young kids who really had no care in the world regarding the job . I've spoken with the operator of this office but I have no confidence in the service that provided . He has offered to fix the issues but I just want a a slight refund .
