- Order placed
- Money taken of CC
- Order delivered to a random address in Leicester
- I requested delievery to Derby address
- Item now out of stock
- Won't collect from Leic and deliver correctly
- Promised Refund a week ago, still waiting
- 5 emails sent .. still NO REPLY
- National Customer Service phone mailbox is full so message says please try later!
