Of course. Here is the clean version, ready to post. Headline: ⚠️ Poor Quality Product & a Shocking Disregard for Consumer Rights Star Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I am writing this review after a two-year dispute with American Golf concerning a faulty set of TaylorMade M4 irons. The experience has been deeply disappointing, defined by the company's refusal to adhere to its legal obligations under UK consumer law. Here is a simple timeline of the facts: * December 2023: The 8-iron head detached within 5 months of purchase. My attempt to reject the faulty goods was refused by American Golf, who insisted the entire set be returned. * October 2024: A second club (the 7-iron) failed in the exact same way, demonstrating an inherent lack of durability in the set. * June 2025: After this second failure, American Golf refused to provide a proper remedy. Instead of a refund or replacement, they offered only "store credit" in the form of a voucher, which is not a valid remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. * June 2025: To make matters worse, when returning one of my clubs, they failed to package it correctly. It arrived back with me with new scuffs and abrasion damage caused by their negligence during transit. I have video evidence of this. * September 2025: American Golf have now stated in writing that they consider the "matter has been concluded" and "will not be providing any further responses on this issue," ignoring the damage they caused and their failure to provide a lawful remedy. Summary: American Golf has sold a product that was not of satisfactory quality, failed to provide a satisfactory repair, refused to offer a valid remedy for a subsequent fault, and damaged my property through their own negligence. My advice to any potential customer is to be aware that if your purchase goes wrong, you may be faced with a company that appears to disregard its obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have since had to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service via my credit card provider to seek the resolution I am legally entitled to.
