Ordered my clubs with leeds branch and up until then I had spent a fortune with them on woods/drivers etc.
Told 5 week lead time qhich was fine thwn got told had shipped after 2 weeks so thought great early deliver then went on Tues nothing Thurs nothing Tues nothing etc for 3 weeks.
Spoke to manager and it was the manufacturer fault spoke to regional manager who said I had lied and it wasn't 3 weeks.
No apology just poor customer service from 2 week in and no acceptance for the issue just fobbed off.
Never ever order clubs from them again or recommend them.
