Paid using gift card and cash and was given a refund onto the gift card but kept my cash.
Customer services addressed zero of my concerns with how their returns policy is badly written, doesn’t make sense nor how the policy is just predatory to get more money from the consumer. They ignored my reasoning of how I could send back the entire order and re-order using the gift card to get the cash back and how just refunding me what I’m owned would save everyones time and effort
