I ordered two items for my daughter. They did not arrive. I emailed customer services but no response. Checked the RM tracking to discover it had been delivered and signed but not by me or anyone in my house. RM told me to contact Apricot. Hmmm!! No response in 10 days to any of my emails. No parcel and out of pocket £44. A shameful company to be avoided at all costs.
