I purchased some clothing from Apricot in Broadway Bradford. However the smart plazzo trousers i purchased were not fit for purpose. Within 5 minutes of wearing them they looked awful; unsightly creasing in the groin, waist and knee. These were the first clothes I have bought since covid due to limited finances. I attempted to return instore, was told I cant as I had worn them. I emailed Apricot and was told they can't deal with instore purchases but no guidance was given on alternative complaints by anyone. I don't have the funds to replace these.
