I went to the Apricot store in festival place, Basingstoke today and was blown away by Monika's customer service. She went over and above to help me and another customer in the changing rooms. She even suggested a dress for me, which I loved and ended up purchasing. Her eye for detail and customer service was outstanding! She definitely has amazing skills and deserves recognition for her dedication. I have worked in retail myself for many years and know people like this are very rare to find. Thanks Monika you truely are a special person.
