I went into the merryhill store today for new clothes for a new job the sales lady was absolutely brilliant so patient and so understanding that I was after a look not quite what I’m used to wearing …..she was absolutely brilliant it says Karen on my receipt but two ladies served me but the lady was very bubbly with silver/white bobbed hair I can’t thank her enough for her help today absolutely 5star service and so helpful
