I had a very similar experience to many of the people on this site. I ordered a dress and being that the size was too small I returned it to Apricot. Weeks went by and yet I had not received a refund so I contacted Apricot to inquire but they claimed they never received the product and told me I needed to provide them with proof that it has been mailed. So I contacted the mail carrier I used and they were able to give me written confirmation that it was in fact delivered. I forwarded all of the documentation to Apricot but they ignored my email. I contacted them several times after this but I have yet to receive a response. I am never shopping here again.
