Bad I went into shop to return items and I was not given my full refund back , I don’t understand also why the lady refused to give me a receipt . It was only after I left I realised and when I went back in the shop keeper told me my refund would arrive in 2 days . However , the incorrect amount was refunded to my card . Where can I raise this dispute
