Scam !!! They took my money from my account, no confirmation email ( nothing ), have contacted them - their answer was " we can't see you on the system" so I said you have one day to fix this problem or I am expecting refund. Been ignored for 4 days, even tho I was emailing them every day .. in the end I have bought new ticket with other company. Day later budget air send me tickets. Are you f***ing kidding me ? First I am not on the system, second I have appeared on the system, 3rd start blaming me that I have tickets from the begging "maybe went to your spam" whaaaaaat ??? You said was no booking under my name. Bloody hell.. basically pay little more with any other company and you will have no problems. Been a month still fight with them.. keep sending me different or same email address to contact about this situation. Basically they been told to rip people in day light and that's all. No managers, no complaint department.. nothing. Just take your money and go..NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
