I've been waiting 3.5 years for a refund on a cancelled flight!! Despite a multitude of mails, clearly presented proof of the cancellation and my payment they repeatedly fob me off with promises to investigate and get back to me, but never actually giving information on paying me back!! Customer Service is just a fob-off mechanism pretending to be interested and responsive but with no result. I tried writing to their holding company even, but no reply, no way to actually reach them...Complete frustration. AVOID THEM. In reality they're 0/20 not 1/5
