Never book with this website! They are a total scam. Booked a transfer flight Malaysia to Tokyo WITH luggage. I was travelling solo only to get to the check in and be told I didn’t have luggsge. Contacted Budget Air where they claimed to have emailed me about an “error” in their system not being able to process my luggage. Needless to say this cost me £265 a ticket then an extra £144 for my luggage because the airline refused to give me my passport back until I had paid for luggage. I’ve since complained to budget air and asked that they share the email they claim to have sent informing me about my luggage cancellation. You would think this would be easy; find email in their system, click forward…….wrong! I’ve had numerous non related emails and a screenshot which could have been made on word but they can’t email me the original email because it doesn’t exist. I would never book these again and encourage people to stay clear of such a scam of a company

Budgetair is a scam agent who will go to great lengths to take money from people. My husband booked his ticket through their site and was told that the booking failed and to redo it. He then redid the whole booking immediately and it seemed to go through. Within minutes he received confirmation and then received. a second confirmation. He contacted the agent right away to e plain the error in their system. The customer rep said someone would email and the next day they flatly refused to give the return in the second ticket. This is crazy and a complete scam. Who runs a business like this as the customer is the last priority and even though this was clearly a technical error in their part, they are taking no responsibility whatsoever! Stay clear of these people. They should not be allowed to do business!

I purchased return tickets for a WizzAir flight from London to Belgrade from Budgetair on 24th June 2024. When doing so, I relied on the information provided on their website and the customer services team and was led to believe that the return tickets advertised included both cabin luggage (dimensions: 56x45x25cm) and hand bag (dimensions: 40x30x15cm). This (mis)information was included in My Account section of their website, and was also confirmed to me by a BudgetAir Customer Service representative via a website chat when I requested an additional assurance after purchasing the tickets. This misinformation has caused me considerable stress and inconvenience when I was told during check in at the airport in London that cabin luggage was not included with my tickets. WizzAir Customer Service representatives also confirmed this when I tried to clarify the issue with them on the phone. I was told that they are not responsible for “claims made by third parties”. I was subsequently forced to pay an additional fee of £53.50 for cabin luggage by WizzAir (receipt no. 0606828). On my return I contacted Budgetair asking for a refund of the above fee. My complaint was acknowledged but I have never received the refund. I then contacted them three months later and asked them again for a refund. This time my email was completely ignored. Since the product they are selling significantly differs from what was advertised and the claims made by the company were misleading I recently reported them to UK's Advertising Standards Authority. Under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, we are entitled to receive accurate and truthful information about the products and services I purchase. Misleading consumers by providing false or deceptive information is a direct violation of this Act. As consumers, we also have the right to seek redress for any unfair practices, including being misled about the nature or quality of a product and/or service. I will never again do any business with Budgetair and would advise other people reading this to do the same. Judging by the other reviews, I was lucky that my flights were not cancelled. I would have lost much more than £53.50.

$200 in processind fees lost!! I booked and paid for a flight to Itally with ITA airways. The airline cancelled the flight prior to the travel date. The airline refunded the money paid to them, but Budgetair.com riped me off for the $200 that they charged seperately when the ticket was purchased.

I booked a flight for two people from Toronto to Bangkok for July 6, 2025. The price I paid did not appear to be a special offer, so I proceeded with the booking and even paid additional money for the right to cancel the flight for any reason and for the premium booking service package. In the confirmation email I received, the promise given was that my ticket would be received within 24 hours and up to 72 hours after booking. At the 72-hour point, I reached out to customer service the morning of November 15, 2024, expressing my concern and hesitation that my ticket had not been received yet and was assured that I had nothing to worry about; the booking was finalized, I need not worry, and I needed to be watchful for a ticket to arrive in my inbox and to check my spam. In the afternoon after that conversation, I received an email that afternoon at 4:26 PM alerting me that my booking was unsuccessful. In the email, it states, "We are sorry to let you know that your selected flight could not be booked as the fare you initially chose is no longer available from the airline." After receiving the email, I checked the webpage and the same flight that I booked at the reduced rate was now offered at 1.5x the rate that I paid. That is dishonest and fraudulent business practices. The customer service team offered me a one-time $15 CAD voucher as a token of their appreciation for my understanding which quite frankly, was more more hurtful than helpful. Do yourself a favour and do not book with this company. Save yourself the frustration!

Would give 0 stars if I could. False advertising and overall fraud company. I paid for their premium and premium service where they clearly state that you can get refund anytime for any reason. But when you actually ask them to do it, they say no refund and we will need administrative fees instead. Additionally the cancel ticket button on the dashboard is permanently disabled. I have many more complaints about this company. Will never repeat the mistake of buying airline tickets from them and strongly recommend against using their services.

Took a trip to Rome through them. Arriving was no problem. However, they canceled our flights back without informing us. We tried contacting them to see why this happened and what could be done. They avoided us for over 12 hours. When we finally got ahold of them, they tried to pass the buck. They told us they would not get us ticket for 3 days because there "were no tickets." Even the simplest of Google searches showed that is not the case. I would give them zero stars if it were available. This company is reprehensible and does not care about stranding its customers overseas. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

On October 29, 2024 my husband made a huge mistake and booked a flight with Budgetair.com from Barcelona to Tel Aviv. Upon arriving to the airport he was notified he won't be allowed to board no check in was done the ticket wasn't used due the airline company fault. They wanted to reimburse us in full but ofcourse they couldn't because the money is with Budgetair.com. well guess what their excuse for not giving us our money back? "No. He did board" how on earth he boarded the plane when the airline company specifically declared he didn't? Their listed phone no are not working. Their answers via email are plain stupid. I will fight for getting our mom back and warning ⚠️ anyone I can from this so-called agency! BEWARE OF Budgetair.com

It doesn't even deserve one star, it is a waste of money to book through them even It will be an ok flight, I want a trusted company, I can rely on and feel OK to book through them and sure that my money will not be wasted for any circumstances. It is the worst agency I have ever seen. There was a circumstance caused prevent my children from travelling waiting to much time between the airline and budget air to solve the situation while the agent of the budget air wasting the time to cancel the children from the flight caused that the no show case happen that caused the fees of cancellation increased from the airlines while the agent gave me different fees when I raised my complain the other guy told me sorry it was by mistake we give you this price they didn't admit that they delay to make the cancellation. At the end he asked me to call the airline to change the no show case, what is the company do if I do it by myself why I book through them first of all. It is a waste of money to book through them even It will be an ok flight, I want a trusted company. It is the worst agency I have ever seen.

I bought 2 tickets fromBudgetair for travel from Barcelona to San Francisco. The reservations for the 2 Iberia Airlines tickets were found canceled and we were refused boarding by the operating airline American Airlines. This cancelation was not made by me. It is still unknown who made the cancelation and the agent company Budgetair has been unresponsive on this and claims that any refund must come from the airline. I had to rush and buy 2 tickets on Vueling Airlines for a price of $2,004.34 to be able to fly on that day 07/23/2024, and the charge can be seen on my credit card statement. Details: Flight Locator: KBSGE This is an Iberia flight operated by American Airlines on 07/23/2024. Flight IB4383 BCN-ORD followed by IB4150 ORD-SFO Luis C Uribe Ticket No: 0752107731200 Erica Szabo Ticket No: 0752107731201 I was charged 1,269.20 pounds for this trip and Iberia refunded only 574.60 pounds. Budgetair does not take responsibility for refunding the whole amount as they should. Iberia does not either. Avoid Budgetair, don't waste your money.

Worst of the worst. Budgetair will never return your money, even if airlines cancel the flight. Try to book directly with airlines to be safe.

On 30 Sept. 2024 I took the flight of your company from Sofia, Bulgaria, to Athens, Greece. I was treated in a very rude and insulting manner by your representative at Sofia airport and was forced unjustly to pay an extra sum for my wife’s and my baggage. At the check in step we were requested to add money for our onboard trolley. I said that it is included in my booking, and still they insisted on me paying. I managed to find our booking confirmation where it was clear that the price included an 8 KGS hand luggage and a personal item (attached). They seemed to be convince and completed our check in procedure. Later, as we were about to board the request for an extra payment was repeated in what sounded like a vengeful tone: “I told you!”. Again, I explained that my booking included the 8 KGS trolley and that I proved it during check in. Your most unpleasant reps insisted that I have to pay. We were among the last people to board and it was clear that they were putting such pressure to the point that we could have missed the flight. I simply didn’t have the time or nerves to argue again. Why did they accept my claim at the check in and did not prove to me the other way? It was obvious that they held something against us. My friend who was on the flight had the same booking like us (I did it all on my laptop) but he was not requested to add money. The whole situation was infuriating, humiliating and frustrating for me and for my wife.

I have purchased a premium economy ticket but received an economy ticket. Premium was about 300€ more expensive than the same itinerary in economy. I have immediately (within three minutes after receiving the wrong ticket) contacted the customer service to inform them of the error. The very cynical and thoroughly unpleasant customer service agent Shabaaz Khan told me that I got the tickets that I paid for and that if I want to cancel my reservation I have to pay 60€. Which is what I had to pay because of their mistake. The agent then told me that if I am not happy I can send a complaint by email.

I booked 2rt tickets on 8/20/24 NYC to Malta. Received email from Turkish Airlines my return flight Malta to Istanbul was canceled. Email from BudgetAir.com then next day offering alternatives flight after discussing options (my layover time now doubled) with prep I confirmed new flight. At no point was additional fees mentioned. After 4 days not receiving new comfirmation contacted BudgetAir.com initially told that shortly after purchasing tickets on 8/20/24 i was put on standby and subsequently bumped which resulted in $400 charge to change flight. After I protested that Turkish Airlines contract me directly to alert me that flight had been canceled they then agreed but insisted that $400 need to be paid to change flight. I am avid traveler never have ever experienced such a thing. It would be different if I wanted to make changes. The airlines canceled the flight. After several hours back forth with Turkish Airlines, by way very clearly stated that BudgetAir.com was lying to me, I am still waiting for resolve. I going directly through Turkish Airlines which required me to file a complaint [feedback] on BudgetAir.com in order for them to step in and intervene.
