There should be a zero star rating available especially for this outfit. It hurts having to give them one, utterly undeserved, star. They changed the information in the passenger name field, substituting a computer-generated completely different name for my own name which I had properly entered to match my passport. They then told me that the airline would not change the passenger name and that I would have to cancel and re-book. I then successfully got the airline to correct the passenger name, which cost me £40. BudgetAir refuses to refund me the £40 outlay which I incurred because of their own misconduct, and are in stubborn, customer-hostile and preposterous denial that there is anything wrong with their system.
