"DO NOT USE BUDGETAIR\r\n\r\nBudgetAir.com changed my ticket 3 times.\r\nI just find out when BudgetAir changed my ticket which I did not agree to, in the new ticket my connection flight is through two different airports in New York. There is no way for me to move from La Guardia airport to JFK to catch my flight in traffic in 1.30\u00a0min. I am losing my hotel reservation and another flight reservation in Bangkok, plus one month off work and...\r\n\r\nWhen I bought my ticket, I had 25\u00a0kg suitcase allowance, they changed it to just a carry on.\r\n\r\nThey want to charge me another $70 to cancel my flight.\r\n\r\nThey have no phone number. Furthermore, they are bully and put you in situation which you cannot do anything but agree to them. Not only that, but they should not be allowed to work in north America."

"I made a reservation for my family for TWO-WAY tickets, and they confirmed the RETURN ticket but REFUNDED my onward ticket. How do they expect us to travel back from our destination without us even flying there? NEVER BOOK AGAIN ON THIS SITE."
