One of the worst travel agent companies… I had one of the worst experiences ever with BudgetAir. After purchasing airline tickets, I waited several hours without receiving any confirmation or ticket issuance. Shockingly, there was no customer service number available, and I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to connect with a support agent via chat. Once I finally reached someone, I asked for the tickets to be issued immediately or to cancel the booking. The agent informed me that it would take up to 72 hours to issue the tickets—completely unacceptable and unlike any other travel service I’ve used, where tickets are typically issued within minutes. To make matters worse, they demanded $110 per person as an administrative fee to cancel the booking. This is outrageous and feels like a deliberate attempt to trap customers. Overall, this company operates with poor service, lack of transparency, and questionable practices. If I could give a rating lower than 1 star, I absolutely would. Stay away from BudgetAir.
