Absolute scumbag site. Once my checkin was available I found out they had booked me for ENTIRELY THE WRONG DEPARTURE CITY!!! There is NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM, ONLY A CHATBOT!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! HAD TO BOOK ENTIRELY NEW FLIGHTS THREE DAYS BEFORE THANKGIVING!!! No f***ing idea if i will ever see any money back. Under no circumstances use this piece of garbage.
