For your safety keep away from BudgetAir. My journey was cancelled by the Kuwait airways because of the engine failure. The ticket cost £2060 (pounds). It has been more than 6 months my money still not been refunded. Every time I contact with Kuwait airways they say that I need to contact with BudgetAir. When I contact with BudgetAir they reply we are looking into and will take 8 to 10 weeks. My last contact they reply that it will take 16 weeks to result it. They are just trying to get rid of me. I lost my trust in them. Try not to book with them they are rippers. Better book airlines direct even cost abit more
