Budget Air does not any sense of customer service! if you need any change or if anything happen they have no phone number to reach, their online robotics chat does not work properly or give any conclusive response. Your only option is an email address where they will stand you along for months with zero help provided!
I booked a flight with them and I have been trying for 3 months to change the date of the flight with no success. This is the worst most mediocre travel agency I have dealt with! To be 100% avoided and I learnt my lesson the hard way!
