This is the worst experience I ever had of purchasing an airline ticket through this Budget Air !! I did it by mistake when i purchased a ticket from Miami to Turkey, instead of clicking Turkish Airline I clicked Budget Air, and since then & I have lots of issues with this ticketing third party! The worst of all there is No Way to contact any of their agents except via a very poor chatting system that brings all the frustration of the world because Not Only they make you lose your money but also no way to speak with anyone !!! Super Frustrating, big mistake from my end!!
