I booked 4 tickets for Calgary to Tokyo via google flight third part BUDGETAIR. The transaction was accepted and I received the booking number. However, later I received an email from them that “The fare you chose is no longer available from the airline.”
It is totally inconvenient and wasted my time and money by relying on what doesn’t exist. If the fare is not available the payment shouldn’t process at the time of booking. Now more than 5k withdrawn from my credit card and can be held up to 10 days.
