Do NOT deal with these crooks!! I paid an additonal GBP 200 pounds for extra legroom on a South Chine Airlines flight London to Sydney. When I went to check in they told me that Budget Air had NOT sent them the money for the extra legroom so I had to pay again!! I have been chasing Budget Air for over 4 months to get a refund and they keep fobbing me off! What a bunch of cheats.
