Booked a return flight for two YYZ-LAS. Airline canceled the flight and rescheduled the flight for the next day. Canadian law provides ten days to decide whether one wants a full refund. We chose to cancel for a full refund.
BUDGETAIR is balking.
There are plenty of third parties to book with/through. Can’t recommend this horribly dysfunctional and unscrupulous company.
