Ordered brake discs and pads on 12-09-22 and still hadn't arrived by 21-09-22 so I e-mailed them - they are blaming their courier but are unable to trace the parts or say when/if they will be delivered - since the car is off the road waiting for these parts I e-mailed on 22-09-22 and asked for a refund so I can buy the parts elsewhere - they are refusing to refund as they say my order has been dispatched - so now I'm stuck with no parts and a car that won't pass a MoT - if I go out a buy another set of discs and pads and the original order turns up I've wasted a lot of money but if I don't I can't use the car - I certainly won't use Buycarparts again - I've asked PayPal for a refund and awaiting their reply
