appalling service. even 1 star is generous. no response to emails. provided a delivery address different to the billing address but still they put the billing address on the invoice/delivery note. supposed to deliver within 4-5 days. its been 10 and still no parcel. tracker says they attempted delivery but nobody answered so they left it at a post office. not stating which post office, or how to arrange delivery/collection. best of all, CCTV proves nobody came at the time they supposedly tried the billing AND delivery address. lies lies lies. pathetic imbeciles who have no idea what business etiquette is. retarded time wasters who deserve for a jack to fail upon them while they lie beneath a car changing an exhaust.
