I recently purchased an item that arrived damaged and did not have a adaptor /plug to use it . This makes this product unusable . I was also scammed by a $99 charge for something I did not subscribe to I opted out via their site and by email . however they still charged my account . very disappointed and will be reporting this scam to consumer watch dog.
