I placed an order for a $618 air-conditioner, than cancelled the order within 28 minutes. i received a ticket advising acknowledgement of the cancellation.
I have had 1 x phone call and 2 x tickets but dick smith is refusing to provide me a refund. I believe they have acted unprofessionally and perhaps unlawfully by failing to provide refund.
The customer complaints officer that i spoke to , lied as he stated i would receive a refund the same day.
I feel that i have been robbed .
