They charged me 99 dollars for a service I didn't agree to and wasn't even aware I was being charged for. Do not shop here. They don't have any convenient ways of contacting them or requesting refunds. Only waiting in between emails. I only know of the issue, because my product became faulty only a month after purchase. If I didn't have an issue with the product I bought I never would have known I was charged that much and wouldn't have looked into it. I'm still waiting on their response, and waiting on a refund. Disgusting, predatory, scamming, predator behavior. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Get back to me and give me back my money. ACCC Soon.
