Firstly Dick Smith has nothing to do with this online store. Since Kogan took over in 2016 it’s gone downhill. They’ve introduced this First Membership scheme. You don’t even get a choice. Wasn’t aware of that when ordering. Now I’m fighting to get my $99 back. Beware of buying from these two companies. I’ve learnt my lesson. My ongoing concern is what happens when this is due again. Do they just keep charging? I’ll be taking this further believe me. Crooks.
