They must be the worst company i've ever dealt with it terms of customer service. No phone number to call to sort your issue, emails are replied to weeks later and are not helpful.
I tried to return footwear for exchange of the size above (worn only to test size). Still in the process of getting an exchange or store credit 2 months later. Absolutely deplorable.
Do not recommend.
